Its subsidiary, Wetrock New Home Sales, LLC is a licensed NC Real Estate Broker working on behalf of the Wetrock Farm builder team. Managing Partner and Duke Alum Rick Bagel founded Wetrock Resources, LLC to create a range of innovative projects in the Southeast. As the first modern net-zero agrihood in the Triangle area, Wetrock Farm will be the first of many to re-define the current model for residential development. Rick lives in Durham with his wife, Ankita, and their beautiful daughter, Isabella.

He and his team at Shaw Design work directly with our team of builders and our homebuyers to ensure that Wetrock Farm homes will be among the highest quality homes in the Triangle. Originally from Greenville TN, Keith received a Bachelor of Architecture degree with honors from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI. In 1995, he founded his own firm in Chapel Hill, Shaw Design Associates and became a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Keith was determined to build an architectural practice that would maintain the highest standards in design, construction, and client satisfaction, and Shaw Design has since created over 100 custom residential projects in the Triangle Area. To this day, Keith relies on enduring design principles, client relationships, and collaborative teamwork to create architecture of lasting beauty and integrity. He and his wife, Linda, have two sons, and Keith's favorite family activity is taking his boys on backpacking trips in the mountains.
